Technical Services
Remo joined the Tesla Service Center in Bern in 2015 and quickly became one of the technicians who dove deepest into the vehicle systems. His passion was always diagnostics and understanding complex interactions — from electronics to infotainment. During this time, he completed numerous trainings at Tesla’s training centre in Tilburg (NL).
As a Diagnostic Technician, Remo was responsible for remote diagnostics across Switzerland, analysing vehicles before they arrived at the workshop and preparing fault patterns in advance. He also supported Tesla Service Centers in London-Heathrow and Düsseldorf.
After his time at Tesla, Remo founded Teslabor to offer Tesla owners an independent workshop with authentic, original expertise. At a time when there were no established processes and no straightforward parts supply from Tesla, he built — step by step — the foundation that Teslabor stands on today.
Gary Meier
Remanufacturing / Engineering
Gary began his career at the Tesla Service Center in Winterthur in 2013, making him one of the first service technicians in Switzerland. He later moved to Tilburg (NL), where he helped build Tesla’s European HV Battery Remanufacturing Center.
As an HV Battery Engineering Technician, he was responsible for establishing the battery repair centre, providing local 2nd-level support, overseeing remanufacturing processes and delivering design feedback. After two years, he returned to Switzerland and took on the role of HV Battery Field Engineer, working in global 3rd-level support, vehicle incident analysis, and the development of remanufacturing processes and specialised tools.
After leaving Tesla, Gary joined E-Force One AG, where he converted trucks to full electric powertrains. His deep technical expertise in battery, HV and remanufacturing systems is now one of the core pillars of Teslabor.
