Diagtree is the visual diagnostic tool of TeslaboX. Instead of long text lists, you receive a graphically structured fault map that connects causes, symptoms and solution approaches in logical paths.
This lets you see at a glance which tests are required, where the most common fault sources are and how to reach the right decision in a structured way – ideal for systematic fault analysis, even in complex cases.

The Sessions module is your central tool for documenting and tracking technical cases in TeslaboX. All tests, considerations, results and support comments are recorded chronologically – for you, your team or Teslabor.
Sessions make complex cases manageable and ensure that no technical detail gets lost. Each case becomes a source of knowledge for the future.
Documented diagnostic cases
Create a dedicated session for every diagnosis or repair – including vehicle data, symptom descriptions and test flow.
Colour-coded status indicators
Immediately see which points have been checked, are still open or have been ruled out.
History & commenting
Document your notes, test results or special observations directly within the tree. Capture every test step, every decision and every communication chronologically.

Service Request
This module enables targeted forwarding of technical jobs within the TeslaboX network. Whether it’s a complex repair, a battery issue or a special case – every request is recorded in a standardised way, centrally managed and forwarded to the right partner.
Not only workshops forward requests to Teslabor. Teslabor itself also assigns suitable jobs to qualified network partners. This creates an intelligent, dynamic repair network with clear responsibilities and maximum efficiency.
